We rent the fully equipped apartment house “Koela 7” nearby the airport in the Dresden Klotzsche district. The listed building, formerly known as Gasthaus Schänkhübel, was completely renovated and rebuild in 2013.

Already in 1650 there was a rest stop on “Schänkhübel” for carters. 1835-1836 the inside building was built, in 1911, equipped with a large hall and hostel, from 1912 with the cinema “Heide Park Cinema”. In 1945, the closure of restaurant and cinema by Soviet military authorities, after a temporarily Officers´ mess, later a public restaurant and since the withdrawal of the Soviet Army the building was vacant. 2013 took place the complete renovation and reconstruction in the “Apartment House KöLa7”.
Klotzsche is a district of Dresden and is located about seven kilometers north of downtown on the edge of the Dresdner Heide. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment house “Köla7” there is a commuter train station, several supermarkets, banks, bakeries, etc. With the streetcar within a few minutes you can reach the inner city of Dresden with its pulsating bar district, Dresden’s old town with historic buildings and landmarks. In twenty minutes you can be in a concert in the “Semper Opera” or in five minutes on the highway or at the airport. Enjoy here equally close to nature and to the treasures of the of the art- and culture metropolis of Dresden.
